Returns postmarked within 30 days of shipment are eligible for store credit only.
All items must be returned in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Clothes must be unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, deodorant, and perfume-free.
Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. We ask when trying on shoes, you try them on a carpeted area. Any signs of shoes worn or damaged will be ineligible for return.

Any items sent back to us that aren’t in our return requirements will be shipped back to the customer.
The OKO team checks all items for any damaged or defective areas before shipment. We are aware we sometime make mistakes so if you happen to receive an item that is damaged, we are sincerely sorry.
Damaged items must be reported to us prior to the customer wearing the items. All tags must be attached.
All damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your shipment.
Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with a picture of the damaged item. Please include your first name, last name, and order number in your email.
Due to our limited quantity of inventory, we are not able to offer direct exchanges because we cannot guarantee the item you are looking for is still in stock. If you are in need of a different size/color in your item, you may send the item back to us indicating you would like to receive store credit for the return and use your store credit to repurchase the item in the size/color you would like to receive.
